Our mission begins by bridging the gap between theory and application for Alternative Dispute Resolution professionals who serve the marketplace with a passion for helping those who's voices are otherwise muted by education through ART, Music, Dance, and Culture. We offer FREE ADR services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in an effort to facilitate amicable , viable, and lasting solutions to disputes. Our services are designed to combat the exorbitant costs, frustrations, and inefficiencies implied through formal litigation. Ultimately we seek to preserve and strengthen the existing relationship between our clients and not cause for a dispute to end the relationship. Our core values center around the belief that as humans, we tend to have a compassion and understanding for those we share ART, Music, Dance, Culture, or any other commonality with.
