Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ●Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations ●Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve integrations and emails security. ●Protect the organization data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means. ●Implement and integrate various marketing platforms such as Hubspot, G-Suite, Google Analytics and more. ●Protect the organization data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means. ●Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem ●Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs ●Working closely with other Department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network ●Audit systems and assess their outcomes ●Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance ●Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization ●Designingtraining programsand workshops for staff Education and Experience ●Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management and related fields. ●3+ years of proven success in IT Management required ●Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring ●Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions ●Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions Time Commitment Minimum: Flexible, 5-10 hours per week. What You Will Be Doing: Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability. Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website. Position: Sound Therapist What You Will Be Doing: Subject matter expert (SME) advisor to Poppy Life Care. Liaison with community organizations and businesses to promote Poppy Life Care’s mission, developing community service, raising funds and awareness wherever possible. Educating parents, guardians, and community members on various sound modalities as it relates to Autism, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression. Provide appropriate sound/music session to patients, program participants, and caregivers. Actively participating in music sessions and encouraging clients to do the same exploring a variety of musical styles and sounds with clients through singing, percussion, using different instruments and improvisation Advise communities or institutions regarding well-being or safety issues. What You Need for This Position: Board certified Music and Sound Therapist or similar certification Experience working with volunteers (i.e. community groups, churches, persons of disabilities, students) is helpful.
