American Heart Walk

Description

The American Heart Walk in is November each year. Volunteers are recruited to find walkers who raise money and help in a number of fund raising "wrap-around" events throughout the year. Over 72% of all funds raised go toward community education and research. In GA last year, over $2.2 million was directed on GA cardiovascular disease research and over 979,000 Georgians were reached with heart healthy messages.
