To promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being of all individuals seeking support.

Description

The MindReset currently offers these services for free:

  • Monthly Digital Support Group
  • Monthly AFSP Suicide Prevention Training
  • Monthly Bonsai Retreat (Community Gathering)
  • Blog Community - Posts every Tuesday and Friday
  • Social Media Community
  • Weekly Workout Videos
  • Weekly Mental Health Motivation & Mindfulness Monday Videos (MHMMM)

Across both digital and live platforms, the work of our community volunteers has had a deep and lasting impact with:
  • 80+ article publications on our blog
  • 15,000 people reached
  • ~40 people Suicide Prevention trained
  • 500+ people and counting following on our social media platforms
In the near future, our goal is to start offering support groups weekly and increasing the number of people attending Bonsai Retreats. In the long-term, we hope to offer three times weekly support groups and expanding our live events to other areas.

We can't do this without the help of volunteers!
