Mission Statement

We aim to improve the opportunities available to children living in one of the poorest slums in Uganda, Namuwongo.

Description

We have been a registered charity in Uganda for 11 years and now support over 300 children to access education. A number of programs contribute to our main aim including a youth group, a women's group, private lessons, business development and educational assistance. However, Little Light has long been limited by its reliance on trying to find volunteers in Israel and we now want to expand our volunteering advertisements to the world so we can grow as a charity!
