Child Care Coordinating Council Of The North Country, Is a Not-For-Profit Agency Working To Support And Strengthen Families And Child Care Professionals Who Endeavor To Raise Healthy, Educated Children Throughout The Tri-County Area.

Description

One of our programs is called Family Forever, serving post adoptive families in Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Franklin, and St. Lawrence Counties, including the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe and kinship families is Clinton County. Our services are all voluntary and free; including: referral services, advocacy, respite care, support groups, educational workshops, home visits, and youth programs.
