Description
Creating smiles and inspiring hope are just a few things that the staff members of CCRF strive for. CCRF has been delivering simple acts of kindness to children with a cancer diagnosis and their families while they need it most. Although a cure for childhood cancer is very important, there are limited resources providing assistance directly to families and patients. With our headquarters based out of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, we have a national footprint which allows us to help children and families nationwide through our three core programs: Bear-Able Gifts, Camp Scholarships and Helping Hands. In 2017, CCRF delivered over 28,000 toys to 10,685 children actively seeking treatment, provided financial assistance to over 490 families to ensure each child had a warm and safe home while recovering from treatment, and over 125 children were sent to a camp of their choice after hearing the tremendous news "You are in remission"!
