Description

CIPAC is the parent company of Ballet Theatre of Indiana, a professional ballet company founded in 2014; Brookside Dance Academy, a community-focused dance school founded in 2014 and acquired by CIPAC in 2018; and Crossroads Dance Indy, a civic modern and contemporary dance company offering community classes. As we move towards purchasing real estate and establishing a sustainable base for subsidized dance classes for underprivleged youth as a part of a professional ballet academy as well as the existing operations we need more skilled volunteers and board members helping with marketing, development, accounting, and strategic planning.
