Mission Statement

The P.R.O.P.EL Initiative guides young ladies ages 12-21, to make purposeful choices to create successful, authentic & healthy lives through life skills workshops, an entrepreneur program, mentoring and sisterhood.

Description

We want every girl to learn and love who they are and boldly walk in that knowledge with unbridled confidence while manifesting their dreams and developing whole-life prosperity to pass on throughout generations. Our goals are to end low self-esteem amongst teenage girls, lower the teen pregnancy and drop out rates in Georgia, help girls enjoy their teenage years and help them graduate from college and/or open their own businesses. Propel has workshops, field trips, a summer camp and soon will have an after school program. We worked with hundreds of girls in Chicago, Illinois before establishing ourselves in Atlanta, Ga.

We (my daughter and I) had an amazing time volunteering. My daughter is even thinking about a career in event planning due to Ms. Leak. She was so impressed and truly touched by the love and care put into making this successful event. We were truly proud to be a part of it. Thanks!
