Mission Statement

The mission of Central Illinois Service Access, Inc. will be to provide life-long advocacy and service access to persons with a disability. It will be customer driven, and based on customer choice.

Description

Central Illinois Service Access, Inc. (CISA) is a Not-for-Profit 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Incorporated in June of 1989, CISA has been providing Case Management services to people with various disabilities since its inception. Our services are offered in a sixteen county areas in central Illinois. The majority of our funding is provided by the State of Illinois through both grant-in-aid programs, and fee for service programs. Our Board of Directors is made up of a variety of people from the community, with several having family members with a disability. Our By-Laws allow for up to fifteen Board members, and currently have vacancies available.
