Mission Statement

ProCare Hospice is a Medicare Certified and CHAP-Accredited program committed to providing quality of life for those who have a limited life expectancy. We believe the patients are the center of our hospice and palliative care, and have the right to spend their days pain-free and with dignity. The foundation of our patient care is achieved by listening and responding to the needs to the patient and family. ProCare Hospice is equally available to all persons without regard to age, sex, race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, HIV-seropositive or AIDS, marital status, physical/mental status, disabilities or religious preferences.
