Our mission as an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organization is to bring professional health care to the home and to teach families how to care for their loved ones in all stages of life, regardless of their ability to pay for that care.

Description

Through our four lines of service - Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Care Plus - we are able to provide a continuum of quality, compassionate care for our neighbors in Southwestern York County and all of Adams County.
