Mission Statement

The mission of Valley Crescent School is to build student character by fostering respect, honesty, and responsibility. We strive to inspire our students to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills in both academic and daily life. Our goal is to equip our students with skills to take on any of life’s challenges and to become positive productive members of society.

Description

Welcome to Valley Crescent School is a private school serving TK (Transitional Kindergarten) - 8th grade students. We are extremely proud of our school, our staff, and our community. We believe that Valley Crescent School is a "great place to learn" and we hope you will agree! Valley Crescent School is currently the only private, non-profit Islamic school in the Central Valley. The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accredited Valley Crescent School for the maximum of six years in 2015, with a midterm scheduled for the fall of 2018. WASC accreditation assures parents and the community that VCS has been evaluated thoroughly and has a an environment where students perform, standards are met, teachers are qualified, and the future is bright!
