Complete Hospice Care provides services for people facing terminal illness. Hospice seeks to manage suffering to serve people as an integrated team including doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, administration, volunteers and most importantly patients and families. Our values are ethically based to exceed professional standards by touching hearts. We value vigilance by providing integrated strategies focusing on assessment, planning, service delivery, and improvement of interactions. Our focus is person-centered, goal oriented to address needs and improve services. Our flexible approach assists people during transition. Duties may include:
- Interactions supporting patients and families
- Relief to caregivers
- Assistance with chores
- Communication between patient/family and hospice
- Discipline services complying with state regulations
- Assistance with bereavement education and support services
- Assistance with program administration and development
- Office duties
Other opportunities might include sitting vigil, reading, crafting, games, gardening, lawn care, companionship etc.
