We are committed to maintaining the health, stability, and emotional well-being of indigent adults under guardianship through the use of support, advocacy, and volunteer education. Through this trusting, consistent relationship, we will enhance and empower the lives of those in our community.

Description

Adult Guardianship Services of Summit County the agency in Summit county Ohio that recruits, trains and supports Guardians for adults in need.

Our goal is to match compassionate volunteers to serve as court-appointed Guardians of the Person to individuals in nursing homes and group homes in Summit County who are no longer able to make their own health care and placement decisions. Volunteer guardians serve as a voice and provide advocacy and decision-making to those in need.
