It has been two months since I've started my volunteering experience. It was tough in the beginning because I wasn't sure what to do or where to go. I was there once or twice a week, and it was hard to remember everything. But naturally, it got easy once time progresses. If you're looking to get some experience with the DMV, make sure you have thick skin. You will experience all kinds of personalities from customers. If you know your stuff, then small things like an error, for example, can be fixed. It's a robust environment, but you will learn and accommodate.
