Mission Statement

The Atascadero Colony Days is for the purpose of providing Atascadero with an annual celebration commemorating the founding of the Colony by E.G. Lewis in 1913. The two day event is dedicated to honoring the pioneer residents and recognizing the rich heritage of this area through parades, pageantry, music, fun and contests, such as might have been held in early Atascadero Colony days. It is meant to be a time of relaxation, reminiscence and enjoyment for all attending.

Description

The Atascadero Colony Days Committee and it's spirited volunteers from the community is the force behind the annual celebration of the founding of our Colony. We are a non-profit organization and fully supported by the community.
