Our Mission Urban Mommy Inc., exists with the mission to eradicate systematic poverty by strengthening mothers of color through personal and professional development, access to early childhood literacy, healthcare and other resources. Our Vision We are dedicated to empowering mothers to achieve success and reach their goals by focusing on family outcomes in early childhood literacy, healthy family lifestyles and economic independence.

Goal

Our goal is to help mother’s create inclusive on-ramps by offering a one-stop shop network for mothers to gain access to invaluable resources and opportunities for all moms of color so that they can live a happier and healthier life for their family.

We strive to enhance and enrich the lives of urban mothers, children and families.

We believe that with the right networks in place for mothers, families can realize their dreams and reach their full potential. Our three focus areas will assist in eradicating poverty and set the course for mothers of color to achieve success.
