The Picture of Health Foundation(POHF), Inc. mission is to provide the community with health education and empower people to alter unhealthy lifestyles, thus increasing both life expectancy and quality. By educating the community on healthier lifestyle practices, it is the intent of the Picture of Health Foundation to reduce the ravages of obesity, heart disease, cancers and other lifestyle or self-inflicted disorders.

POHF provides speakers on Health, Wellness and Risk Prevention for community organizations and businesses.Our goal at POHF is to provide community organizations and businesses with convenient, complimentary access to expert physicians and wellness practitioners. All services provided by POHF are complimentary. The POHF wellness team of experts provides communities with access to researched based health and wellness information, screenings, and physical fitness opportunities.
