Hand Up Project

Description

Hand Up Project's philosophy combines individualized case management along with peer to peer support. Participants working the program are aided in gaining access to life saving services thru referrals and networking with other like minded agencies. Peer Support Mentors assist connecting the dots toprovide services such as emergency, transitional or long term housing. Access to food, showers, laundry and health services and other assistance. Services for fighting addiction and mental health services, life skills workshops, financial planning, job training and/or job placement.
