River City Youth Ops -- formerly Project Hope Spokane -- creates opportunities for youth enrichment in their neighborhoods through community engagement, job training, and education. We envision a diverse community of empowered, skilled and capable youth working to strengthen their local environment.

Description

To provide education and employment opportunities for the youth in the West Central neighborhood including seven urban farm lots that the youth plant, harvest, and sell produce at local farmer's markets.
