To provide the citizens of Urbana convenient, accessible recycling options and to promote environmental sustainability in the community.

Description

The City of Urbana's U-Cycle program began in 1986 and was one of the first curbside recycling programs in Illinois. Since 1986 Urbana residents have recycled more than 56,000 tons of recyclables in its curbside and multifamily recycling programs.
