Our Mission: To raise awareness and funds for innovative medical research that will lead to a CURE for Crohn’s disease. To build a sustainable platform for funding research into cures, focusing on restoring the health and wellbeing of sufferers so that they can live prosperous, active lives, free from pain and drugs. An international, all volunteer, efficient and fully transparent organization promoting global cooperation serving patient interests through improving health.
Description
Propel a Cure was born out of the realization that there are brilliant minds out in the research world who can make a difference in this fight. They have the ideas, but they lack the money to carry out the necessary work to bring us a cure. Propel a Cure's goal is to raise funds for promising projects that will bring us one step closer to a cure. Because of the nature of the disease though, it is quite possible that the cure will not be a 'one size fits all’ answer. Until we are certain that specific treatments are the answer, we will continue to fund promising projects.
