To support the stability and growth of Junior, Subordinate and Pomona Granges within Minnesota; empowering them to achieve their ultimate potential as community builders and supporters of sustainable agriculture.

Description

The Minnesota Grange Foundation (MNGF) was formed to offer tax exempt financial
support for the various Junior, Subordinate and Pomona Granges within the State of Minnesota.

The specific objectives and purpose of the MNGF are:

  • to provide a charitable and fundraising arm for Subordinate Granges within the state of Minnesota;
  • to provide opportunities for financial growth to assist with the expansion of Subordinate Grange relevant programming within the State of Minnesota;
  • to provide opportunities for financial growth to assist with Subordinate Grange specific scholarships to assist with the cost of Minnesota Grange members attending Grange sponsored events and activities throughout the country;
  • to provide opportunities for financial growth to assist with infrastructure and property development for Subordinate Granges within Minnesota;
  • to maintain and preserve the historic collections related to the High State Grange of Minnesota and historic and contemporary Subordinate Grange, Pomona Grange and Junior Grange documents and artifacts; and
  • to support the preservation of Grange Halls across the State of Minnesota, including the prioritization of the Historic 1896 Oak Leaf Grange Hall in Stark Minnesota.
