Mission Statement

Through worship, advocacy, and outreach, CBE San Diego exists to promote biblical justice and community by educating Christians that the Bible calls women and men to share authority equally in service and leadership in the home, church, and world.

Description

The purpose of CBE San Diego is to gather Christian egalitarians in a mutually supportive community where we teach the basis for biblical gender equality. We aim to encourage each other to use our spiritual gifts and develop our God-given leadership skills, deepen our practical experience with gender equality, as well as spread the message of biblical equality. We will accomplish this by hosting conferences and book clubs, providing CBE International published resources to the community, and doing outreach events.
