Advance Modesto Initiative

Description

AMI seeks to improve quality of life and strengthen emotional health of struggling adults by offering weekly instructional classes. Topics may include budgeting, parenting, anger management, employment development, and alcohol and chemical dependency management. AMI will provide these services either directly or through partnerships with or referrals to/from other service providers and the court system.

AMI services will target adults 18 years of age and over who are suffering from (or at risk of) incarceration, homelessness, addiction, and unemployment.

AMI exists to advance Modesto and the surrounding region by helping to build stronger, more resilient adults in their roles as parents, providers, and employees.
