Our mission is to ensure that those we serve have every opportunity to become their best selves as they define it. This extends to those who live in our communities, their family and friends, and the team members who serve them.

HumanGood Pennsylvania is a 501c3 charitable organization whose mission is to provide exceptional living experiences for adults 62 and better. For over 60 years, HumanGood Pennsylvania has provided quality senior living environments in the greater Philadelphia area. We offer exceptional communities and care for older adults representing a broad range of religious affiliations, backgrounds, physical abilities, and economic circumstances.
Our Life Plan communities offer a wide range of active senior living options, including independent living, personal care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, and memory care programs. Our broad range of cultural, educational, spiritual, and dining programs create limitless opportunities for residents to stay active and engaged while enjoying the peace of mind that comes from knowing that additional care is available if needed. Our communities for adults 62 and better are among the most respected in the Philadelphia region. These are Rydal Park, The Mansion at Rosemont, and Spring Mill Pointe.
HumanGood Pennsylvania is a regional leader in developing, sponsoring, and managing apartment communities for seniors of limited financial means. We offer a broad range of urban and suburban Affordable Housing opportunities at 36 locations in the Delaware Valley. HumanGood provides safe and affordable homes for our senior residents as well as supportive services to help them successfully age in their community.
