OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE POPULATIONS SUFFERING FROM TRAUMA, ACUTE, CHRONIC, OR TERMINAL ILLNESS AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE TRAUMA INFORMED IMPROVISATIONAL COMEDY AS A THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION.

Description

Combining the rules of improvisation with trauma therapy and therapeutic techniques allows Humor For Hope to empower populations coping with the ongoing challenges of trauma, acute, chronic, and terminal illness. We do this by equipping children, families, medical teams, and social service providers with new tools to change the way they encounter and process the effects of their experiences and environments.
