Bradley Creek is a fairly new healthcare organization located in Wilmington, NC. Bradley Creek's mission statement is to provide cost-effective quality services that will achieve optimal outcomes. Bradley Creek Health Center, located on the 24-acre campus of Carolina Bay within Wilmington’s Autumn Hall mixed use community, offers a full range of health care services to meet the needs of the individual. From Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Care, the staff of Bradley Creek provides services for not only the residents of Carolina Bay but also the surrounding Wilmington area.
