Mission Statement

Our goal is to understand how caregivers manage their stress and what they may or may not do to help alleviate their stress. Furthermore our goal is to promote and optimize the physical and mental well being of caregivers.

Description

We are looking for family caregivers of adults with bipolar disorder to participate in a research study to test different ways to help caregivers manage stress and stay healthy.
