Our Mission: To provide educational programs that empower and inspire communities to support and collaborate with the artists. To uplift communities by celebrating and elevating artists and their work and for artists share their unique stories with the world through art. To bring the vibrant fine art and culture of Africa and share it with the rest of the world.

Description

Color Me Africa Fine Arts was established as a non profit organization since 2016 in Chicago by Founder and Executive Director an expat from South Africa. The goal is to open an art gallery to primarily focus on visual artists from Africa who for the most part do not have access to exhibiting their work and for the most part exploited by dealers. Their work leave the shores of Africa and the artists die poor never ever being know for their contribution to the art world. Our goal is to uplift communities, inspire, educate and celebrate Africa's talented artists and giving them a platform to be heard and to share their rich stories in word and on canvas. We've had the honor of showcasing artists from South Africa and witnessed with historically disenfranchised artists and we want to do more. We hope that you will want to share this journey with us.
