Description
International Women’s Initiative (IWI) is an organization which raises awareness of the threats to the human rights of women across the globe and to promote and assist in the achievement of gender equality. The mission of IWI is to help women and girls realize their basic human rights, while working to ensure that all females are free and safe to pursue their full potential. As an organization which is run 100% by volunteers, we are looking for staff who can help IWI grow while ensuring we remain true to our mission and goals.

I think this is an important think that people around the world should work more on because we need to make everyone feel comfortable with who they are and nobody should judge by their appearance or their sexuality.
