Description

Te Pigeon Roost CDC is a voluntary non profit organization committed to neighborhood building through planning and design. We have prepared and executed master plans for the Rozelle-Annesdale neighborhood and are currently preparing a plan for the corridor from downtown to the airport along the route chosen for the light rail. We will use Transit Orientated Development (TOD) and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) instead of the light rail. Murals along the way will reflect the history of the Pigeon Roost Road and the neighborhoods along the way.
