Mission Statement

Polk Trails is a partnership of multiple entities. Polk County Parks & Recreation receives grant support from the Polk County Community Foundation to fund a county trails coordinator. The coordinator takes the lead on trail development, maintenance and promotion through recruiting volunteers, organizing outings, an trails e-newsletter and more.
