The 80 Watt District is a 'Property Business Improvement District (PBID)' to improve the area within the boundaries with safety & security, beautification and maintenance programs and then marketing & promotion of the area. The economic vitality is the upmost importance to the businesses and we strive daily to make it a better place to live and own a business.
