Position Overview Patient Care Coordinators (front desk/receptionists) facilitate a positive experience for everyone who comes to our free clinic. Patient Care Coordinator applicants should be organized, detail oriented, friendly, patient, work well with others, have excellent phone skills, and not have a fear of technology. Responsibilities and Duties Set-up the front end (reception) patient area prior to the start of the clinic Greet Patients and ensure patient paperwork is completed correctly Enters new patient information into our EMR program Answer phones Returns calls promptly and ensure the care they seek is available at CarePoint Schedule appointments Schedule follow up appointments Monitors clinic email while at desk and facilitates responses, faxes, etc Assists practitioners and nurses with faxing and administrative help as needed Helps with general administrative projects between patients

Position Overview Join our amazing volunteer team of Nurse Practioners , MD's and Nurses to help provide quality primary health care during clinic hours. CarePoint Clinic is a growing clinic All providers must be licensed, when volunteering with CarePoint the Volunteer and Retired Providers Insurance (VRP Program) is available at no charge to you. Reports to Clinic Coordinator. Clinic Hours are Wednesdays and Thursday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm and 2nd Saturday's 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Responsibilities and Duties Supports the mission of CarePoint Clinic Is able to work at least one 4 hour shift per month Arrives 30 minutes prior to their shift to be ready for the first appointment time of the shift Completes all patient records in the EMR system

Position Overview Nurses provide nursing services to patients during clinic hours and as available assist with special events like health fairs screening in the community. RN’s, LPN’s, MA’s, CNA’s are needed. All nurses must be licensed. We can provide malpractice insurance through the VRP program. Responsibilities and Duties Supports the mission of CarePoint Clinic Is able to work at least one shift per month Arrives 10 - 15 minutes prior to their shift to be ready for the first appointment time of the shift Records patient information in the EMR system (currently Patient Fusion) Assessing a patient condition to help prepare for the provider Complete various skills asked by a provider appropriate to the patient (may include but not be limited to): Urinalysis EKG HbA1c Capillary blood sugar with glucometer Urine pregnancy test Rapid Strep test Clean and/or disinfect the exam room after each patient visit Teach patients the skills, lifestyle changes, and how to use instruments and information given to manage acute or chronic illnesses Current need is for Wednesday and Thursday Clinic both 1st shift (9:30 am - 1:00) and 2nd shift (12:45 - 4:15 pm)

CarePoint Clinic provides free high-quality primary health care for all people in the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. Our doors opened in November of 2016 and we are a small, but growing clinic that believes that everyone should have access to primary health care.
