The Team Type 1 Foundation fights for the right to live through a global mission of education, empowerment and equal access to medicine for everyone affected by diabetes.

Description

Team Type 1 (TT1) was established with the goal to instill hope and inspiration for people around the world affected by diabetes. TT1 believes that with appropriate diet, exercise, treatment and technology, anyone with diabetes can achieve their dreams. We provide college scholarships to student-athletes with type 1 diabetes. Abroad, we serve as the connector between the governments of developing countries, NGOs, and diabetic populations, ensuring those individuals receive the diabetes education and supplies they need to survive.
