As a Court Visitor, you perform face-to-face visits with persons under guardianship to assess their condition, report findings, and make recommendations to the court.

Description

  • Guardianship is the legal process that determines a person incapacitated.
  • With guardianship, the Court appoints a Guardian. Guardians have the legal right to make decisions on behalf of the Protected Person (formally "Ward").
  • The Court monitors these guardianships annually by conducting court visits.
  • Mileage reimbursement is offered.
