HAND addresses the housing needs of low- and moderate-income individuals, families and senior citizens in Indianapolis’ suburbs. It strives to be a leader in promoting prosperity and diversity in our communities by providing quality housing opportunities.

Description

Established in 2003, HAND has developed six affordable apartment communities in Hamilton County, leasing a total of 96 units. In 2018, it will add 10 units at its new Home Place Gardens development in Carmel. HAND also recently acquired an existing 33-unit development in Lebanon, Indiana, which will be preserved as affordable housing.
