Description

We are currently renovating our first home. We still have many jobs to complete, though we have already transformed the building that was donated to us by our founder, Dr. Timothy Walbridge MD. He is a geriatrician. We have installed shatter-proof windows, replaced almost half of the masonry, replaced the floor joists and subfloors for both levels, and framed the interior walls. We still need to install new security/fire doors, replace a roof, build a stairway, install plumbing, install electrical work, install hvac system, and finish our building. We hope to open our first house this year. We plan on expanding to other homes once we prove that our model works.
