FLC intention is to provide missing components. Transportation is one of the most vital part of self-sufficiency, without it families and communities are crippled & most times forgotten about. Local and government agencies become indirectly less effective in getting people back to work. Other missing components are education and employability training. Our goal is to work closely with the community partners to achieve self-sufficiency in our communities. A goal so great, we can not do it alone and we need your help! Please donate whatever your heart allows to help change the lives of families and communities.
Find Life Coalition is a new grass root nonprofit. Our ultimate goal is to provide education, employment training and sustainable transportation. Through research and a four year transportation model that Find Life Coalition created, proved to be a success for the participants. A total of 272 participants over the course of 4 years. 87% of participants retained employment and a reliable source of transportation. 3% of the 87% purchased homes or a form of transportation.
Although transportation is one of the most important parts of the model, so is sustainable employment and employment training. We provide local job fair information, transport clients to job fairs and interviews, and refer clients to community organizations for training and services, and schedule transportation services for employment through our working model transportation service. Find Life Coalition believe we can service our clients better if we had a building of our own. The building would provide a home to facilitate our program. Although we love to refer our clients, we would love even more to service them more. Our transportation model is a green community. We try to do our part by sharing a ride with others; this directly lessens our carbon foot print.
