Mission Statement

Buffalo Bayou Rowing Center promotes leadership, teamwork, college attendance, and encourages personal growth to the youth of Houston through competitive rowing.

Description

We are bringing Olympic Rowing to Houston's Buffalo Bayou. Our focus is on developing youth's life skills through rowing. Leadership, teamwork, personal growth, physical and mental strength are lessons learned with rowing. We will promote college attendance and awareness of the opportunities through rowing Our ultimate goal is a community boathouse where BBRC can host community events, gatherings, meetings and more.
