Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve our patients with compassion, collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists and community partners, and lead innovative high-quality research studies that accelerate and transform treatments for severe mental illness. The Rodriguez Translational Therapeutics Lab seeks to translate our understanding of the brain bases of emotion and behavior to develop rapid-acting treatments for mental illness. We partner with collaborators at multiple points along the discovery and development pathway to discover new treatments across the lifespan. We are committed to educating the public about mental illness and clinical research.

Description

We are a clinical research lab in Stanford's School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry and are currently running a study with participants who are struggling with clutter. The clinical study offers these individuals peer-lead support group session for 16 weeks and 10 2-hour in-home decluttering coaching sessions.

For this study, we need community members located in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties to act as in-home coaches.

If you are interested in participating, please call (650-724-8912) or email us (clutterhelp@stanford.edu).
