To foster community stewardship of the Columbia/Willamette River systems through boat-based learning and hands-on experiences.

Description

H2O is a non-profit organization dedicated to acquainting the region's people with the wonders and woes of the Columbia/Willamette River system, and inspiring them to protect it through thousands of simple, small actions. H2O performs its work from the stout decks of the vintage wooden tugboat, Captain Conner.
