Mission Statement

Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists children in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League Baseball and Softball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

Description

Little League Intermediate World Series (11-13-year-olds) - Held in early August each year in Livermore, CA at Max Baer Park. This is the sixth year of this tournament, which is only one of nine World Series held for all baseball and softball divisions of Little League Baseball. The inaugural event in 2013 saw over 36,000 come and watch a total of 21 games over 7 days.
