The mission of Cooperative for Human Services is to provide programs and services that support community inclusion, personal enrichment and quality of life for individuals with intellectual, developmental and related disabilities and their family members, including residential services, independent living supports, day services, community living supports, advocacy, family support and corporate guardianship services. We strive to meet each person’s dynamic and unique needs through innovation, initiative and leadership.

A Passion For What’s Possible Founded in 1981, the Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is a multi-service organization that provides residential services, independent living supports, and guardianship services for people with intellectual and other related disabilities. Our mission is to empower, support, and expand the knowledge, skill, and natural capacities of the people we serve to direct and live full and meaningful lives within their community.
