Mission Statement
Compassionate Care Hospice's mission is to affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community in order to provide them with knowledge regarding end-of-life and hospice care around quality of life.
Description
Our goal is to enable patients with a terminal illness to have an alert, pain-free life and to manage symptoms regardless of their ability to pay. Volunteers are the heart of our care, all volunteers are screened and trained for both providing a presence with our patients as well as office assistance. Our patient services include:
