The National Teen Leadership Program is seeking 2-5 additional Board members. We are especially interested in individuals who: Reflect the diverse populations & communities we serve Have a keen interest in community outreach and engagement Have professional experience in the areas of Marketing, Education, Legal, Advocacy, or Fundraising Are able to work in a start-up environment with an openness to growing, working, and learning as a team National Teen Leadership Program (NTLP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that believes every teen and young adult’s potential as a leader is waiting to be unearthed. Our mission is committed to creating positive environments that empower, inspire and educate all teens to discover and maximize their unique leadership potential and embrace the diversity and equal value of everyone. Our goal is to grow the National Teen Leadership Program into a sustainable organization. NTLP seeks a digital marketing and data analytics intern/volunteer to support our organization’s analytics and marketing areas. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, major social media channels, and a strong interest in research, data gathering, and analytics. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a can-do attitude with a desire to learn and apply knowledge as we go through the process. This position will work 10-15 hours per week. This is an unpaid position and benefits are not included at this time. Requirements: Experience in eCommerce, especially Google Ads, Social media Ads, SEO/SEM, and Email marketing. High level of experience using Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, FB pixel, Keyword tools. Proven experience running campaigns on Google; Facebook/IG Ads with key metrics to measure the campaign's success. 3+ years in Digital Marketing role 1+ years experience Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and SEO/SEM tool experience 1+ years experience in display advertising and/or programmatic 1+ years of software marketing experience 1+ years paid social media marketing experience Analytics and reporting experience with Data Studio, Excel, Tableau, SQL, and/or similar To apply: Send a resume and brief introduction to info@ntlp.org.

Responsibilities: Conduct research, and analytics projects Review and evaluate our digital content Assist in the development of strategy, evaluation, and training materials for the organization Develop data-based insights and communicate how the team can best use data to inform and drive actions for improvements Contribute to the analysis provided in the strategic assessment process Develop, write, and schedule key online ad campaigns Have the opportunity to attend and contribute to important meetings Effectively learn and use industry best practices Create reports and proposals Build presentation decks and reports for weekly and quarterly meetings with the Board To apply: Send a resume and brief introduction to info@ntlp.org.
