Easterseals Colorado, Northern Colorado Services supports those 16 and older in Larimer and Weld County through meaningful supports and programs. We have a variety of programs to meet our participant's and client's needs; including Day Program, Supportive and Independent Employment, Respite Services, and Transportation.
