Mission Statement

The mission of PATCH, Inc. is to provide citizenship, leadership & skills training to young girls. This will be done through classes and activities that teach the importance of self-esteem, goal setting and being good role models.

Description

Mentoring program for young ladies in the Mid-south area. Over the last several years, P.A.T.C.H. has served that very purpose in the Memphis area. Right now, girls from several under-privileged areas of Memphis come together monthly to organize and host community service events.

In addition, each group of girls is exposed to life skills classes that cover areas such as hygiene, goal setting, professional development, public speaking, and cooking. The goal is give these young women a leg up in life, in hopes they will reach back and help others.
